Maligan bagon taon to everyone, here is Dudu a gen from Brazil.
I'm not sure if somebody remember of me, I have joined the gen school in 2006-7, I'd stayed for a year and week, working in the Pag-Asa and in the mini-market, maybe still kuya Oyo is there, or kuya Jonas, Vick, teacher Dina, Joy... so greetings to all. Since I came back to Brazil I'm making marketing of the Filipinas to everyone here, and so my twin brother had fall in love for there, and for a long time he has tried to contact with you but he didn't find a way, but after a while he continue with his studies and so he waited for the focolare answer for his request to join the gen school in there. But the Focolare here are difficulting the things for him, because they are saying that the experience in Tagay Tay it's to diferent to make a good advantage, so he explained to the popo Eduardo, his responsable in Bauru, that what does he want it's to make a social experience while he makes the school. Maybe I'm judging, but I think that they are thinking that he just want go to escape from his reality, or to meet a very beautiful place, because there is really a very beautiful place and I tell it to everybody, but back to the point, even if it is true, and I think that there's some truth but not completely, I don't know if its a problem because when I went there I was seeking for answers and peace just like they are telling that it is what does he want, and also I make a experience in there, and what I'd found was a better place to build the unity, there is a place where we have to find ourselves to understand the neighbors. So, the popo said that he could make the gen school in Loppiano, Montè or Ohiggin's, but he said that he wants to make a social job, and to meet different cultures a different life style, and so the popo said that if was a social job that he is looking for, he is for hes own, so I remembered of Pavel a gen from Czech Republic that wants only work at Pag-Asa, and also of Matilda, and I remember too that both of them are graduated what is very good point to help there. That is something else, because he is in the fourth year of the university, in the Civil Engineering course, hes is very much more clever and "bravo" gen than me. For sure his knowledge will be much more useful than my ones.
So, what do I want to know is, if it's possible that he goes there as a gen or as a volunteer, and what is need for stay there as a volunteer. If its possible, please answer me as soon as you can, because the classes will begin in March and he wants, if possible, even this semester, he's already arranging the bureaucrats things because when the popo called him to talk he thought that he would give an answer, so he started to arrange. He is waiting for two years already, so he's very excited. at least answer if you received the e-mail, please.

I miss you all a lot, see you soon, all the best in this New Year, God bless you.

It's so uplifting to see the fruits of that love, which is the motivating force for everything that your social center does for many people. Maybe you can also include in this site the various activities and programs that you do so that more people would know how they could help concretely. God bless you all! - Dee, Thailand

Hi Rowell, do not underestimate those "little ways" coz sometimes its those small things which really counts. Offering selflessly 5 or 10 minutes of your precious time to someone who approaches you will do. Give a listening ear when someone confides with you is a plus. You wouldnt know it, but slowly, you will realize you are already doing what we are doing right now. When is the right time to do it? There is no better time to start it but NOW. :-)
